Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS)
BRIEF
Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) is the condition in which people become hypersensitive to electromagnetic fields, to which negative symptoms are attributed. EHS is currently not a recognised medical diagnosis, as there is a lot which is unknown about the condition. From first hand research, most, if not all people didn’t believe the medical condition even existed. The condition itself is quite an irregular one and difficult to grasp or believe without context.
Depending on the severity, sufferers can experience life impacting symptoms which can leave them bedridden, preventing them from living a normal life. They physically cannot use technology as it causes these symptoms.
SOLUTION
My solution was in three parts. 1. Create a campaign to spread awareness of EHS. 2. Explain exactly what EHS is. 3. Help those suffering with EHS.
I created a bleak but striking awareness campaign to tell the pubic that people are suffering with EHS.
Once I had their attention, I explained exactly what EHS was through an interactive video experience.
The solution, to help EHS sufferers reconnect with the world and enable them to use technology, from a distance.
